Controller and contact
Troovia is responsible for the processing described here. The public policy is available at https://troovia.ar/privacy and the deletion channel at https://troovia.ar/delete-account. For privacy questions or requests, email support@troovia.ar. Mailbox reception was verified on August 13, 2026; the legal identity and operational owner must be verified before production submission.
Local data and account
The app stores tasks, routines, progress, preferences, focus sessions, reminders, and onboarding locally. Supabase processes identifiers, email, authentication, and a possible anonymous identity.
Synchronization and Supabase
When your plan enables sync, Troovia sends tasks, routines, progress, and preferences to Supabase, which also stores entitlement, AI usage, and technical records. Access is isolated per user and uses HTTPS.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Google Play and RevenueCat process identifiers, purchases, product, transaction, subscription status, and technical data. Troovia does not receive your full card number. Deleting Troovia does not cancel a subscription or erase legally retained records.
Artificial intelligence features
When you request a breakdown, the title, notes, and context go to a Supabase Edge Function that may use OpenAI or Anthropic. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data. Troovia records quota, operation, and errors, not content as its own history.
Advertising and automatic data
The free plan may request non-personalized native ads from Google Mobile Ads. The SDK may transmit approximate IP location, interactions, diagnostics, and identifiers for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Troovia does not sell task content.
Device permissions and services
Microphone and speech are optional and used when you start voice capture. Notifications, alarms, and device restart support reminders and focus. Current reminders are local and Troovia does not register its own push tokens.
Retention, security, and logs
Local data remains until cleared or the app is uninstalled. Account and sync data remain while active or needed for a pending purpose. Providers may retain backups, security logs, and receipts for contractual or legal periods.
Your choices and deletion
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion at support@troovia.ar. Deletion starts removal in Supabase and closes the local session. SQLite, RevenueCat, backups, and external operations are not declared complete until verified.
